A new addition to our range of T25 products is this deluxe headlining kit. Recently developed with the help of one of our existing clients this kit will revitalise the top half of any hard top T25 vehicle. This kit was patterned off an original headliner taken out of a Caravelle van and covers the roof areas window areas and door posts. To make fitting as easy as possible we have added a little more material to some of the edges and included in the kit is a pictorial fitting CD and corresponding notes. This headlining comes in an off white plus grey perforated materials or in a non perforated black grey or beige/cream fleck material. Note..The van in the picture belonging to our client has had a Westfalia pop up roof fitted consequently he had to remove 3 roof lining bars and modify the headlining accordingly. For people wishing to undertake the same modification there are more pictures on the CD.

The rear headlining on these models is actually held in place in the roof cavity by tacks. The two central hoops sewn into the lining are nailed/tacked to the roof's wooden cross members. The sides of the lining are also tacked to the front and back side rails.

The front lining on the Travellers is quite small and is separate from the rear unit. One metal stay holds the unit in the roof space and there are pockets sewn in the side of the lining which accept wires to hold the lining to the side rails.

This is a one piece canopy sewn ready to accept the steel stays which slide through the hoops in the lining, similar to the later MKIII onwards Saloon headlinings. These are exclusive to the Riley Elf & Wolseley Hornet models in the fact that the included C-post trim avoided curving around the rear side windows where the rear seat crosses the parcel shelf.Ìý A pair of "C" post panels are included in the kit as well as a piece of material to go under the rear view window. This Riley 1.5 headliner has been developed by our skilled team from an original headlining to provide you with a perfect replacement for when your original is looking a bit worn out.ÌýÌý

This headlining consists of a main canopy constructed of multiple-shaped sections, joined together by sewn hoops. The C-posts are also incorporated into the main canopy so they will fall into place in the fitting process.
