Buying the felt we use for our underfelt kits off the roll allows you to trim the material into any shape no matter how odd to be fitted into your classic car!

We have two types of felt on offer for you to buy:

M6 felt- this is made from recycled clothes and textiles. This felt is 5mm thick.Ìý

N20 felt- this is flame retardant and is also made from recycled clothes and textiles. This felt is 10mm thick.

Our rolls of felt are approximately 1.4 metres wide and the quantity is per metre in length.

We offer a seat fitting service for those who would prefer their seats to turn up ready to fit directly into the car. Our professional seat fitters will strip down your original MX5 seats, removing your old worn seat covers, foams and diaphragms, sandblast and powder coat the seat frame and fit with brand new covers. Please note this cost only covers the labour charge for us to complete this and covers will need to be purchased separately. Small cosmetic welding can be completed but anything structural will need to repaired before we refurbish the seats.

This trunk carpet kit includes the moulded boot floor carpet and the bulkhead carpet. This adds a touch of luxury to your Miata, Eunos or MX5. Made from a recyclable material, these eco neutral sound deadening pads are the perfect solution for the eco conscious classic car owner. Developed specifically for their airborne sound deadening properties, these insulation pads can be used throughout restorations and are ideal for sound deadening throughout the car, from the floor pan to the doors. Flexible in nature, they fit well into the most difficult to reach spaces and have a high quality self adhesive backing.Ìý

These self adhesive Bitumen pads will help reduce noise levels. These pads were put into the original cars in the 1960's and we have been able to get hold of this material to provide a cheap and easy way to reduce vibrations within the car.

Each pad measure 30cm x 19cm (12" x 7.5") each and are manufactured from Bitumen with added mineral fillers and synthetic rubber to form a highly vicoelastic material. Due to the nature of the material these can be quite brittle when cold and may be cracked upon receipt, however as these are warmed they become very flexible and can be moulded into place within the car.

These small hand held pump glue guns are ideal for all kinds of trimming or interior repairs, and is an essential piece of equipment for many jobs such as headlining fitting. In fact for any tasks requiring the application of contact adhesive neatly and quickly, there is nothing to beat them!Ìý

Of patented Dutch manufacture, the body of the gun is enamelled brass, while the brushes are nylon with a brass and alloy threaded ferrule to attach and detach easily from the body. This means they are lightweight, comfortable to use and pretty much indestructible and our team use these on a daily basis throughout our factory. Regular flushing with solvent will keep the pump in good order, and it isÌýbest to leave the brushes in solvent solution for prolonged storage to prevent hardening. The plastic cap supplied will keep the assembly airtight for shorter periods.

Designed to work in conjunction with any air-curing thick liquid contact adhesive such as evo-stick; available from all local hardware shops and DIY centres. This does not include the glue.

This is the top of the range, heavy duty spray glue that we use in our factory to make all our trim products on a day to day basis. We recommend you use spray glue to fit your Newton products to your car (where applicable). You will mainly use this product to fit underfelt and carpets to your floor pan. You can also use it for fitting your foams to the frames and then the seat covers to the foams. This adhesive can also be used for day to day jobs around the house. Its a full 500ml can, wrapped in bubble wrap for safe transport. Please note that we are unable to send this product outside the UK.

Our moulded carpet set has been developed with several ideas in mind. Originally, the cockpit floor carpet produced by Mazda was a one piece moulding, but we have developed a pair of moulded carpets to be easily fitted to both footwells. These footwell carpets have all the necessary shapes and holes to fit your floor panel exactly as if it were original.Ìý By making this kit in two parts, the fitting time is helped as you do not have to take out the dash assembly and also the carriage costs will be less.

We strongly suggest that you may need our underfelt kit to fit under the new carpet set. (Part no. CK8040) We will supply a complete set of pictorial fitting instructions with a few tips on speedy removal of your old carpets and fitting ideas of the new items. From experience, your original underfelt will be damaged when removing orÌýhave suffered from water damage or even wear and tear over the years.

This kit does not include the rear bulkhead carpet or the rear load area carpet - these can be purchased separately or come together with the complete moulded MX5 carpet kit
