During the fitting process of your new interior you may find that you want to add some more sound deadening in some places where we don't provide a set. Buying the felt we use for our underfelt kits off the roll allows you to trim the material into any shape no matter how odd to be fitted into your classic car!

We have two types of felt on offer for you to buy:

M6 felt- this is made from recycled clothes and textiles. This felt is 5mm thick.Ìý

N20 felt- this is flame retardant and is also made from recycled clothes and textiles. This felt is 10mm thick.

Our rolls of felt are approximately 1.4 metres wide and the quantity is per metre in length.

This carpet kit will fit any Mini Saloon built with the early rounder front tunnel, with the MKI floor start 'hump' (regardless of whether direct or later remote gear-change). Due to the nature of carpet we are unable to mould the Navy or Autumn Leaf carpets so these are a flat lay carpet that will need a little more patience to fit neatly around the tunnel. These are a popular option for those looking to match the brown and navy carpets used in the original Mini trim.Ìý

The kit contains the front and rear mats, a bulkhead covering piece, front wheel arches, a pair of sill carpets and a cross member covering piece. All necessary clips and fitting instructions are included along with a vinyl handbrake gaiter. The kit needs to be glued in place with the tunnel trimmed and glued into place. Due to the non moulded nature of the carpet, the tunnel has a cut out at the bulkhead which allows the carpet to fit around the shaped tunnel and bulkhead pieces and will likely need trimming to give the best possible fit. Glue is not included in this kit and we would recommendÌýyou use a couple of cans of spray contact adhesive.

The sill carpets are supplied cut to size and fit with minimal trimming. The cross member carpet is supplied to be fitted right across the car, originally these only covered about 10" of the cross member working in from the sides and this piece can be cut down to size for originality.Ìý

This Classic Mini 9-piece loop pile moulded carpet set is designed to fit the 1973 onwards model of Mini which features the later style "square" front tunnel. Our loop pile Mini carpet is an alternative to our standard nylon based carvel material and is available in black, brown or grey.

The kit contains the front (moulded) and rear mats, a bulkhead covering piece, front wheel arches, a pair of sill carpets and a cross-member covering piece. All necessary clips and fitting instructions are included. Glue is not included in this kit and we would recommend you use a couple of cans of spray contact adhesive.

The kit contains underfelt for the front wheel arches and bulkhead pieces only, for the full underfelt kit you will need our part number CK900.

The sill carpets are supplied cut to size and fit with minimal trimming. The cross member carpet is supplied to be fitted right across the car, originally these only covered about 10" of the cross member working in from the sides and this piece can be cut down to size for originality. We have marked positions under the front moulded carpet to fit either early or late gear lever positions as well as steering column positions for LHD or RHD cars. It is easiest to get the best possible fit and neatest finish by removing the column from the car entirely before fitting the front mat.

We have had the wire squab frames remanufactured for the Mini Saloon which we use on our complete rear seat assembly for our Suffolk and Bucket seats for some time but these are now available to purchase separately for those that have either damaged or misplaced their original frames.Ìý

The frame began to be used in the Austin Minis of the 1960s and carried all the way through the Mini's production. This frame is suitable for vehicles after 1970Ìýthat used two small tabs at the bottom of the squab frame. Cars after 1996 used a different shaped frame as the seat belt location changed.

The frame can combined with new rear seat covers, foams and our seat fitting service from our experienced in house fitting team for seats to be delivered to you as a complete unit ready to fit into the vehicle.Ìý Ìý

This plaid cloth design was typical of 1970's & 80's Minis and was originally used on both the Clubman Saloon (normally the Mini 1100 Special and Mini HL models) & Estate models from 1973 onwards. A number of the original cloths used in this period are no longer available but as this design was fairly popular excitinglyÌýwe have had both the Golden Tan and the Blue plaid materials remanufactured. This material was also used in TR7 production.Ìý

We offer a seat fitting service for those who would prefer their seats to turn up ready to fit directly into the car. Our professional seat fitters will strip down your original seat, removing your old worn seat covers, foams and diaphragms, sandblast andÌýrepaint the seat frame and fit with brand new covers. Please note this cost only covers the labour charge for us to complete this and covers, foams and diaphragms will all need to be purchased separately. Small cosmetic welding can be completed but anything structural will need to repaired before we refurbish the seats.
