Early cars were trimmed in the Fleck colour which we have reproduced to original design and as production methods improved, these designs moved from a stitched to a high frequency welded design. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter 1962, the Fleck material was dropped and the fuel tank was moved from an internal tank to under the floor which changes the shape of the panels in the rear. We do not sell the rear panels as individual trim panels and these must be ordered as a complete kit. The cross member carpet is supplied to be fitted right across the car, originally these only covered about 10\" of the cross member working in from the sides and this piece can be cut down to size for originality. We have marked positions under the front moulded carpet to fit either early or late gear lever positions as well as steering column position for LHD or RHD cars. It is easiest to get the best possible fit and neatest finish by removing the column from the car entirely before fitting the front mat.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe also have available a non moulded carpet in Autumn Leaf and Navy - this is made in our tufted style carpet and comes with a flat tunnel section that will need to be glued to give the best possible fit.
