Buying the felt we use for our underfelt kits off the roll allows you to trim the material into any shape no matter how odd to be fitted into your classic car!

We have two types of felt on offer for you to buy:

M6 felt- this is made from recycled clothes and textiles. This felt is 5mm thick.Ìý

N20 felt- this is flame retardant and is also made from recycled clothes and textiles. This felt is 10mm thick.

This particular seat design was only used on the Vans and Pickups. On the face of the seat there are two simulated stitch lines but they are created on our high frequency welding machine.Fitting the seat covers seat straps and foam/fibre paddings will be same throughout this period. Basically the Pirelli straps hook onto the frame the squab padding kit and base foam pad are glued to the frame. The seat covers once fitted are held to the frame with metal clips. We would suggest that you strip one seat first to see exactly how it is fitted then assemble the straps and foams etc and the fit the covers in a \dry\" run before final fitment.

These self adhesive Bitumen pads will help reduce noise levels. These pads were put into the original cars in the 1960's and we have been able to get hold of this material to provide a cheap and easy way to reduce vibrations within the car.

Each pad measure 30cm x 19cm (12" x 7.5") each and are manufactured from Bitumen with added mineral fillers and synthetic rubber to form a highly vicoelastic material. Due to the nature of the material these can be quite brittle when cold and may be cracked upon receipt, however as these are warmed they become very flexible and can be moulded into place within the car.
